The shopping sections are split into four main sections:

• North Terminal Departure Lounge
• North Terminal before security
• South Terminal Departure Lounge
• South Terminal before security.

The obvious difference between the airside and landside stores are that airside stores are tax-free while the landside stores are not.

A shopping collection service is in operation at Gatwick airport which means if you are flying within the European Union, you can shop as much as you want at any of the shops listed below and collect your purchases from the designated area in the International Arrivals Hall upon your return to the UK, saving you the hassle of carrying around extra luggage.
